At ERIC’S HOMES, total customer satisfaction is our goal and our commitment does not end when the construction of your house is complete. In the unlikely event that a post-build issue occurs, we will quickly and efficiently take care of it. But you don’t have to just take our word for it.
Every house built by ERIC’S HOMES is covered under the National Home Warranty Program and protection that is widely recognized as one of the strongest and most effective home warranty standards in Canada.
Your new home will be protected with 2-5-10 home warranty insurance as set out by the New Home Buyer Protection Act of Alberta. Your coverage will include:
- 12 months of coverage for defects in labour and the materials that your home was built with, including flooring and trim
- 24 months of coverage for defects in labour and materials related to heating, electrical and plumbing (delivery and distribution systems)
- 5 years of protection against defects in the building envelope: the exterior shell of your home that includes roof and walls
- 10 years of coverage for structural defects, including frame and foundation
- Deposit protection
- Emergency living protection
- Assurance of high quality building standards and code compliance… and more.
